New Westerbeke Marine Generators Ready Stock
Westerbeke marine generators provide onboard AC power for motor yachts, sport-fishing boats, cruisers, trawlers, passenger vessels and light-commercial craft. The available range includes compact 3.5 kW models through higher-output 22 kW generators, with diesel and multiport EFI gasoline configurations for different vessel fuel systems and electrical demands.
The Westerbeke 3.5 MCGB-612 Multiport EFI Generator is a compact 60 Hz marine gasoline generator intended for smaller gasoline-powered boats. For vessels requiring greater diesel-generated output, the Westerbeke 15.0 EDT D-NET Marine Diesel Generator delivers 15 kW at 60 Hz for air conditioning, refrigeration, battery charging, galley appliances and other substantial onboard loads.
Westerbeke diesel models are available in 1,800 RPM, 60 Hz and 1,500 RPM, 50 Hz configurations, while selected gasoline models use electronically controlled multiport fuel injection. Depending on the model, features can include freshwater cooling, tuned air-intake systems, vibration-isolation mounts, automatic safety shutdowns and digital controls. A low-CO marine generator still requires correct exhaust installation, engine-room ventilation and functioning carbon-monoxide detectors throughout the vessel.
Selecting between a marine diesel generator and a gasoline boat generator normally begins with the vessel’s existing fuel system and applicable installation standards. Correct marine generator sizing must also account for continuous consumption, compressor-starting current, voltage, frequency, installation dimensions, cooling-water supply, wet-exhaust routing and service access. Sound-enclosure dimensions should be checked separately where an optional acoustic shield is required.
We supply Westerbeke marine generators for sale for new installations, yacht refits and replacement marine genset projects. Each quotation identifies the model, fuel type, rated output, voltage, frequency, control configuration, cooling arrangement, included components and available options. Availability, warranty conditions, packing, freight, payment requirements and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before an order is completed.
