If no validity period is shown, the quotation is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.
Quotations may change before payment because of changes in:

- Taxes or government charges.

- Customer requirements.
- Delivery arrangements.
A quotation does not reserve inventory unless product allocation or reservation is confirmed in writing.

Special-order and sourced products may become noncancelable and nonreturnable once procurement, allocation, production, programming, or configuration has begun.

This restriction does not remove rights relating to an incorrect, damaged, materially misdescribed, or legally nonconforming product.

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Visible damage, missing packages, broken crates, punctured packaging, or shortages should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Installation should be completed by a qualified professional following:

The customer and installer are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for the vessel and intended use.
MSS Motorsports UG is not responsible for damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation.
- Incorrect alignment.
- Incorrect gearbox ratio or propeller selection.
- Incorrect voltage, frequency, or phase.
- Unsuitable cooling or exhaust design.
- Contaminated fuel or fluids.
- Incorrect wiring.
- Improper commissioning.
- Unauthorized modification.
- Operation outside the approved duty rating.
18. Service and Maintenance Work
Any service, repair, inspection, sourcing, or maintenance work arranged directly through MSS Motorsports UG will be governed by the applicable written quotation or service order.
Before work begins, the quotation should identify:

- Estimated labor and parts.
- Exclusions.

19. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and post-shipment cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Eligible stocked parts and accessories may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Eligible unused and uninstalled engines, generators, gearboxes, drives, and propulsion products may generally be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to prior approval.
