Shipping Information

MSS Motorsports UG is committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for our customers, both domestically and internationally. Our shipping policies are in line with industry standards and regulations for powersports companies in the United States and worldwide.
Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
  1. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  2. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  3. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping destination.
  4. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
  1. International orders may be subject to additional fees, taxes, and duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of shipment.
  3. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs or other government agencies.
  4. For large or heavy items, such as vehicles or outboard motors, special shipping arrangements may be required. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
  1. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  2. Please inspect your package upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or with the delivery driver.
Returns and Exchanges:
  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging.
  2. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  3. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
