At MSS Motorsports UG, we are committed to providing high-quality products, expert support, and a hassle-free shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly, ensuring confidence in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Domestic & International Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Custom-built engines, special-order products, and personalized items are non-returnable.
• Installed, modified, or used products cannot be returned for a refund.
• Electrical components and items with broken safety seals are not eligible for return.

Return Policy for Domestic Orders (United States)

Return Process

1. Request a Return Authorization – Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Prepare the Item for Return – Securely package the product in its original condition and packaging, including all necessary documentation.

3. Ship the Return – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Returns should be sent to:

4. Refund Processing – Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect shipments.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an MSS Motorsports UG error.
• A restocking fee may apply for certain returns, except for defective products or incorrect shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Defective Items: If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or full refund upon inspection.
• Incorrect Shipments: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 3 business days. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send the correct item.

Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. MSS Motorsports UG does not process manufacturer warranty claims.
• We encourage customers to review the manufacturer’s warranty policy before purchasing.

Return Policy for International Orders

International Returns & Refunds

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any associated import/export fees.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders unless the return is due to an MSS Motorsports UG error.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must follow the standard return process by obtaining an RMA number before shipping the item back.
• International returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured carrier to ensure delivery.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

• MSS Motorsports UG does not reimburse customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees paid at the time of delivery. Customers should check with their local customs office regarding return duty reimbursement policies.
• If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees and any restocking fees that apply.

Defective or Incorrect International Shipments
