Return Policy for MSS Motorsports UG
At MSS Motorsports UG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number with your return shipment.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is apply to returned items, excluding defective products or incorrect shipments.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, using the original payment method.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Shipments: In the event of an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 business days. We will cover the return shipping cost and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge.
- Warranty Claims: Warranty claims must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer. MSS Motorsports UG does not handle warranty claims or provide refunds for warranty-related issues.
